Due to COVID-19 New Zealand Post have implemented contact-less delivery.
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all parcels - be it at a Post Office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.
If your order tracking says your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you please check the below:
-Check around your letter box and yard for the parcel. (The Courier can be creative with their hiding spots)
-Check with all occupants of your house to ensure someone else hasn't brought your order inside for you
If you are not able to locate your order on your property or within your household, you will need to lodge a delivery dispute with the company handling your parcel (NZ Post, or Australia Post) and then contact our friendly customer experience team, we will then lodge a delivery investigation.
